Save a severely mentally ill prisoner from execution

Imdad Ali suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. He is severely mentally ill - a prison medical report deemed him "insane". Despite this, he faces execution in Pakistan.

Pakistan has signed international agreements which prohibit the execution of mentally ill prisoners, but the Pakistan Supreme Court has refused Imdad's appeals. Now only the Pakistani Government can halt the execution and save Imdad's life.

Ask President Mamnoon Hussain to show Imdad mercy

President Hussain, we the undersigned call on you to show mercy to mentally ill prisoner Imdad Ali by staying his execution. Mr Ali suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and his execution would be both inhumane and against international law.
